Happy New Year & Intro to Somatic Alchemy!

I have been enjoying the velvety wintertime dreamscape of this season (being a winter baby I always find gold in the dark!) Reflecting on 2024, I am moved to profound awe and gratitude at witnessing in both my own and my clients' lives what is possible when we dedicate ourselves to the practice of showing up consistently to ask ourselves and our higher power what changes to make in our lives (and how to get support for them) to heal deeper (physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually) and to hone our sense of agency, to fully align, and from the ashes of our trauma, to embody in both small ways and in large our dharma (our soul purpose) on earth.

This year saw my own healing from vaccine-induced autoimmune illness progress in leaps in bounds when I added mineral balancing to deep nutritional microbiome reset to cleanse my body of heavy metals & heal leaky gut, along with investing in various new mentorships, communities, and practices to expand my spiritual, creative, somatic, & various regenerative practices. I spent hours educating myself on cellular and metabolic health, light therapy, quantum biology, and natural disease reversal, while deepening my psychosomatic, nervous system, and intuitive energy skills, and practicing meditation and visioning work with fellow creatives and practitioners. I also invested in a business coach and began to formalize the infrastructures that will eventually allow for much more breadth and quantity of services for me to be able to offer to you.

While I currently offer primarily one-to-one coaching (nervous system bio-sync attunement sessions which I call Somatic Alchemy), there are bigger visions on the near (& far!) horizon which will allow for educational courses, community building/bonding, and eventually even the potential for deeper nature immersion experiences as well.

I have seen miracles in my clients' progress this past year, from healing CPTSD from physical injuries and illness, to new aligned living situations and relationships, to unexpected new capacities for intimacy within partnership, parenting and family life, to getting unstuck from burnout, depression and chronic fatigue and into aligned careers, to finding their voice and clarity, setting healthy boundaries, and manifesting new, more authentic identities, spiritual initiations, inner peace and personal power (even while living in the war-torn places of the world), to transforming symptoms such as dizziness, frozen shoulder, panic attacks, allergies, inflammation, or addictive habits by listening for & responding to their underlying messages & courageously implementing new choices and levels of attunement and integrity.

Indeed, whether the chaos is reflected inside of one's own immune system, or whether it is happening on the streets outside one's home, there are answers to how we can respond that will calm the storm and illuminate miraculous possibilities.

I also recently began putting out short YouTube videos, weekly. I plan to make it a habit for the time being, and to open the dialogue further by sharing nuggets of my work and thought with you.
