I didn’t want to write this today. I almost didn’t. But something inside whispered, “Maybe you don’t have to write from effort… maybe you can write from where you are.” So here I am—tender, a little tired, and reflecting on how often I give from devotion… but sometimes slip into over-extension. Especially when the returns feel small. Maybe you’ve been there too? Doing something that once felt aligned, but now asks you to renegotiate from the inside? Healing from chronic illness taught me something unexpected-- that holding my energy close, pouring it back into me, is not selfish. It’s sacred. It’s a gift to offer only from overflow, and to let my humanness be the bridge through which deeper authenticity comes through. So this is less of a polished “newsletter,” and more a moment of honesty: Sometimes devotion asks us to rearrange. To pause. To trust the magic will return when the timing ripens again. If you’re still reading, thank you. Your presence makes this a conversation, not just content. And if this message stirs something in you, I'd love to hear it. And here’s a new video for you-- “Using Your Demons as Leverage: Clarifying Your Values & Desires” Watch below. I hope it sparks something true. Comments are closed.
