Miracles in the Cocoon (Wyoming Insights)

I’ve just returned home to Oregon from a pilgrimage to the Teton Mountains — six days of camping, conversation, and deep immersion in a mastermind for wellness professionals. It was a journey that stretched my body and soul: driving 12 hours alone, hiking in high altitude, trusting others to help me care for my body’s needs, and engaging in days of rich dialogue with peers and mentors building thriving, soul-centered communities like ours.

It feels like an upleveling. Like my roots have been churned — pruning away what is rotten, so the strong ones can drink deeper of the living soil.

Quantum coherence teaches that the chaos and challenge of life aren’t distractions but the very fuel for our transformation. The “gooey cocoon” times — the disorientation, the unraveling — are where alchemy begins. What if we could lean into the chaos, not fear it, and let it carry us toward the future we can’t yet see?

I’m also deeply inspired by what I witnessed in Cate’s membership model: the power of creating a living, breathing sanctuary that sustains people through change. It affirmed for me that the path we’re walking together — one of steady rhythm, depth, and regeneration — is not only possible but vital.
So here’s my invitation: let’s continue this work of rooting, pruning, and expanding together.
