 Today I have a special share for you. One of my clients agreed to sit down with me and share about how my work has helped him. It was such a treat to take it in, because while I could go on and on for hours about how Somatic Alchemy saved my life, how it empowered me to find my authenticity, my voice, reclaim my agency in my body, my lifestyle, and my relationships, it really comes alive when I hear the same messages emerging from those in my field. In transparency, inviting my work to take this shift into a more communal arena has been a big stretch for my nervous system. Such a leap in managing new levels of complexity! But it is moments like this video, shared below, that feed me back and remind me of why I am in this. I really want to see a world where my fellow humans and I can step into our sovereignty, dignity, and authenticity together.
