The process of building my own small community is having me reflect on all of the ways that community of various iterations has been pivotal in my life, and the lessons learned both in the ways it has felt intimidating or unsupportive as well as the ways it has felt empowering and supportive. One of my mentors encourages leading with discernment first and asking the question: who in my life honors my authenticity and core gifts, and who does not? The encouragement is to lean in towards those relations that do honor us. I believe this time we are living into now is key for practicing this discernment and leaning in where there is fertile soil for growth in our relational environments. For me that means creating spaces that honor the dignity of our aliveness. Speaking of community, I'll be opening the doors of Body & Soul Sanctuary in just a few short weeks. For more details, here is a 20 minute presentation which goes into detail: Body & Soul Presentation And to chat about the possibility of joining: Schedule A Call Here's this week's video on Leaning In When You Tweak Out: Comments are closed.
