"Just as the waters of the great oceans all have one taste, the taste of salt,
so too, all true teachings have but one taste, the taste of liberation."

Finding Voice for Healing: A Poem & Website Update

3/24/2025

I did a brave thing over the weekend: I told the story of my vaccine injury on a podcast interview, and instead of only focusing on the positive, I let the vulnerable part of my story be heard, so that I could share this message: We are not meant to carry our burdens and traumas alone. What emerged...
What emerged in the interview was organic and moving for both myself and my interviewee. We spoke to the "how" of healing as foundational, beyond the "what" (the tools, medicines, specifics), and to the way that relationship-and returning to a paradigm of interconnectivity-can allow us the capacity to metabolize as a collective the pains and harms we have walked through as humans in the incarnate experience.
Finding our voice is a key component to liberating ourselves from our wounds. It does not have to look like blaming anyone-neither ourselves nor those who have played a role in harming us-but there is a freedom that comes from speaking our experience in a container of authentic witness.
Telling my story publicly just before opening the doors for Body & Soul Sanctuary felt timely. Over the weekend, my website domain changed as well, from Entering The Stream (the pranic path, the Dao, the life force, which still flows through and as my work in the world) to Body & Soul Sanctuary (a gathering place for that stream to gather a collective of body-souls healing within that greater field, together). Words are powerful and invoke new worlds. This poem flowed through as well: in gratitude and reverence for the original stream and its significance:
Entering The Stream
No more waiting
for unseeing ones to see me,
for unhearing ones to hear me.
I name and inhabit myself
beneath the Great Eye.
I breathe the Great Breath.
You, reading this,
can summon this same courage:
to stop waiting for false applause
before stepping into Light,
to release you fear of perturbing the world,
to become unwavering at your center
even as you finally flow forward like water,
to become, with each surrender
more Real.
This week's video is a brief description of the Regenerative Paradigm & Natural Law, which is at the foundation of how I think of approaching healing. The good news is: any symptom of trauma or dis-ease can be a portal, an entry point into the process of Regeneration. One need only re-enter the greater field of Nature which awaits our return.

Body & Soul Sanctuary will hold our orientation on April 2! If you'd like to learn more about this project, check it out here: Body & Soul Presentation
